well.

well hey guys.

Its definitely been a while and I can explain;

I gained weight. I stopped working out. I stopped trying.
And boy do I wish I wouldn’t have.

I’m starting over. I am new. 


holy mother of stairs.

So. yesterday we went to a water park. Whats the first thing that comes to mind when we say the word “water park”? Mine is: bathing suit. Which leads to : I’m fat. Basically, in a water park, we are surrounded by a crap load of people of different shapes and sizes. I know for a fact that I am not skinny. Not in any way shape or form. Yesterday, I wore a rubber band on my wrist and every time I looked at a girl who was absolutely tiny, and wished I was her, I snapped it. 

Truth is;
I don’t want to be like her. I don’t want to be so skinny to the point where you can see my bones. I could take the easy way out and force myself to throw up every morning. I could lose weight fast, and be skinny fast. However, I choose not to. & I think that is one of the best movements a girl these days can make. I want to have my ideal body. Not bone-thin I-Can’t-Eat-Anything-Without-Throwing-Up-Thin.

Back to the point, yesterday, I over-came my fear of water slides and happily went on all of them numerous times.  In order to get to the water slides we had to walk up a staircase of 489 stairs total. That kicks some major butt if you ask me. I went on the green slide four times, the yellow twice, and the blue three times. In total I walked up the stairs nine times. That’s 4401 stairs in all. The best part is, there were no lines, so Anna & I were booking it up those stairs like we were running from a zombie apocalypse. Just for the fun of the exercise and knowing that my calves were going to kill me when I woke up the next morning.

But believe me, it was so worth it! We had a blast and I just know I did great yesterday with all of the exercise and movement from swimming, the wave pools, the slides, and everything else included in the water park. I feel so great.

I’m sorry that I haven’t been posting often, I guess I should get to that, huh?
